Oak Brook Allergists: Helping You and Your Family Breathe Easier

Welcome to Oak Brook Allergists, where our board certified allergists, registered nurses, and nurse practitioner have been providing relief for allergy and asthma sufferers for over 35 years! Our professionals are here to serve you and your family at any one of our six convenient locations. We offer a variety of services and specialties, so feel free to browse our site or contact us if you have any questions regarding our services or treatments. Oak Brook Allergists is proud to provide the following services to our customers:

Skin Testing: When you come into our office, we may recommend blood or skin testing in order to give you a complete allergy workup. Our panel of allergy skin tests consists of 32 different airborne allergens. These allergens consist of animal dander, dust, mold, mite, grasses, weeds and trees. If your immune system is reacting to some allergy in the environment, we will find out what it is in order to help you determine the best method of treatment.

Asthma Treatment: Allergies sometimes induce asthma, which is why we offer allergy, skin, and pulmonary function testing to determine the level of the patient's asthma. Our allergists treat asthmatic patients just as we treat our allergic patients. We will help you determine the best method of treatment to reduce and manage your symptoms. For an IL asthma doctor you can trust, contact Oak Brook Allergists right away.

Pediatric Services: Did you know that in the United States, nearly one fourth of all children suffer from some sort of allergy? If you have a child with allergies, you know how quickly the symptoms can lead to a child feeling tired, developing sinus infections or asthma, and becoming cranky. Overall, these symptoms can serve to make the entire family miserable. If a child is suffering from the side effects of allergies, it might be a good idea to adjust how you care for them. The first step is to visit a pediatric allergist in Illinois about how to better manage your child's symptoms.

Immunology: Our board certified allergists are trained in evaluating and treating the immune system. If you experience frequent ear infections, bronchitis, pneumonia, or sinusitis, you may have an underlying problem within your immune system. Our allergists will help you minimize infections and shorten recovery periods through a complete treatment of immunologic evaluation and supportive/treatment measures. Immunotherapy will help to minimize the symptoms you experience by adapting the way your immune system responds to allergens. If you commit to long-term treatments of immunotherapy, you can experience a significant decrease in allergy medication use and symptoms.

Our team is here to help you and your family breathe easier, whether it's determining the allergen or treating your symptoms. We are also available to help our customers by discussing financing options, insurance coverage, and more.
