Medication |

Prescription requests will be
accepted by any of the nurses. If you need a prescription refill
or had a sample medication which worked, you may ask the nurse
and a prescription can be prepared for you. If you require antibiotics
or a change in prescriptions, you must see the doctor. |

A refill on medication will not be made if you have not been in our office within the past three months. |
