Understanding Our Fees

We want our patients to feel free to discuss questions regarding our fees. For your convenience, we have a billing department that can answer any questions about our fees, account balances or insurance concerns. We can be reached during regular business hours at (630) 574-0463.


We request payment at the time of service, unless you belong to a managed health care insurance plan in which we are participants. If you are insured under a plan for which we are providers, we will file your insurance claims for services rendered in our office. After your insurance carrier reimburses us, we will forward a statement to you for your portion of the bill. If your insurance plan has a defined co-payment amount i.e., $10, $15, $20, etc., your insurance carrier requires us to collect the co-pay at the time services are rendered.
